Ridgewood Art in the Park Fine Art Fair

11am-4pm in Memorial Park at Van Neste Square, Ridgewood, NJ. 

Applications are now open!

Acceptances will be made on a rolling basis. 

We encourage you to apply early, as space is limited. 

Applications close on Tuesday, August 1, 2026.

Art in the Park Application

Our goal for the Ridgewood Art in the Park Fine Art Fair is to become an annual platform for showcasing high-quality fine art and fine crafts.

We look forward to receiving your application!

  • What: It is a fine art show. It is not a craft show, street fest, or food fest. 

  • Who: Artists who align with the fine art of textiles, fiber, printmaking, concrete, wood, jewelry, photography, pottery, painting, drawing, pastels, sculpture, charcoal, metal, glass.

  • When: Satday, September 19, 2026. 11am-4pm.

  • Where: Memorial Park at Van Neste Square, Ridgewood, NJ.

  • Booth Fee: $175 (non-refundable)

Please note: 

  • There is NO rain date. Please be prepared rain or shine.

  • There are no refunds. 

  • Set up time is 9am-11am.

  • Breakdown time is 4pm. Please do not breakdown before 4pm.

  • Artist placement is in Memorial Park at Van Neste Square   

  • Each vendor will have a 10’ x 10’ area. 

  • Each vendor will provide their own tent, table(s), chair(s) etc.

  • No sharing of booths is allowed - only artists who have been juried can exhibit.

  • Tents MUST be weighted (40 lbs) on all four legs. (no stakes are permitted)

  • Floor-length tablecloths for all display tables are preferred

  • All applications MUST include 4 CURRENT jpeg images that represent your art - 3 jpegs of works/1 of studio space or a previous show space. 

  • Label jpegs as follows: LAST NAME_FIRST NAME_MEDIUM

  • Please be mindful of copyright infringements.  Be original.               

Advertising: 

  • Newspaper, on-line sites, email blasts, magazine, social media, a town banner, and posters 

  • Also up to you!
