PhotograpHER: Works by Women

This July, the Ridgewood Arts Foundation, in collaboration with the Conservancy for Ridgewood Public Lands, proudly presented PhotograpHER: Works by Women—a compelling exhibition showcasing 75 original works by 50 exceptional women photographers from across New Jersey and New York.

We invited audiences to view the online preview gallery and encouraged visits to the full exhibit in person. PhotograpHER: Works by Women was on view from July 7 through July 29, 2025 at The Stable in Ridgewood, NJ. Visitors explored a vibrant collection of images—from bold portraits to intimate landscapes and everyday moments—highlighting the powerful perspectives and artistic voices of women behind the lens.

A Gallery Reception was held on Sunday, July 13. Guests had the opportunity to meet artists, view the exhibition, purchase photographs on display, and enjoy light refreshments.

Presented in cooperation with and for the benefit of the Ridgewood Arts Foundation and the Conservancy for Ridgewood Public Lands (www.cfrpl.org), this exhibit exemplified a shared commitment to the arts, community engagement, and environmental stewardship.
