1-2 submissions per $35 application fee. You may apply more than once, however, only 1 submission may be accepted. Application fee is non-refundable. Application does not guarantee acceptance.

There is a 20% donation to RAF on all artwork sales.

After submitting your application fee, you will receive a LINK TO THE GOOGLE FORM APPLICATION to submit along with your high quality jpeg image(s) (300dpi no more than 10MB)

All accepted artists will be featured on the RAF website.

Submission deadline: Friday, September 11, 2026

Artwork delivery: September 29 and 30, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Notification of acceptance: no later than September 18 by email and here on our website.

Each notecard set includes 12 cards with one image each, measuring 4.625” x 6.25”.

Cards are blank inside.

Includes 12 white envelopes and an RAF pen.

Beautifully presented in a clear presentation box.
