Ridgewood Arts Foundation Honors 2018

On Sunday, January 28, 2018, The Ridgewood Arts Foundation (RAF) hosted its second annual honors event at Park West Loft in Ridgewood.  The event recognized two leading Ridgewood arts organizations, Reel Voices Film Festival at the Ridgewood Pubic Library and Tic Toc (To Introduce Culture to Our Children).  All ages of artistic contribution were celebrated as RAF also awarded its first scholarship to Maeve Montague, a 2017 Ridgewood High School graduate now attending Temple University's theatre program.  The afternoon also featured performances by GW middle school guitarist, Akshath Puli, and BF middle school ballerina, Sofia Lepis, from Art of Motion.  Additionally, centenarian artist, Nancy Petrie, displayed her artwork as did artists from Master Art Studio in Ridgewood.  The 2018 Ridgewood Arts Foundation Honors event was co-sponsored by Savvy Chic Boutique and Janis Fuhrmann Terrie O'Connor Realtors, both Ridgewood businesses.
